Job Description
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Assist with recruitment and interview process.
Substantiates applicant’s skills by administering and scoring tests.
Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
Responsible for Payroll balancing runs.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.

Submit payment of SSS Employee Contribution, SALARY LOAN, Pag-ibig Contribution, PAG-IBIG LOAN, and PHILIPPINE HEALTH INSURANCE to lianas head office.
Make sure submit all payments on time. After the payments paid will receive to SSS branch/Phil-health branch for updating monthly.
Issue employee photo identification cards.
Submit monthly reports of head count employee, Monthly Master List, and Yearly Master List of Employee to liana’s head office.
Filing of payroll sheet, memorandum, and other payments of SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, TAX (BIR), 1601-E, 1601-C, 13TH Month of Regular/Casual etc.
Submit yearly 13th month of regular employee and casual employee
Submit yearly end the Alpha list data entry of 1604CF 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 7.5 to head office. After the finalization it is ready to receive to BIR.
