To ensure the successful execution of the guaranteed spares contract.

To attend to break down of the MARK 30 B Unit rig Dump Trucks at Northern CoalFields.

Lead the product support team in carrying out after sales support & generate spares business.

Service revenue generation through MARC & other service contracts.

Prepare and administer Annual billing targets & maintenance budgets of Service contracts for Excavator & Loader product line.

Monitor the performance level of the service personnel & provide suitable guidance to ensure the accomplishment of targets.

Manage the resources, inventories & manpower effectively & ensure profitable execution of contracts.

Organizing regular periodic meetings & trainings for staff & engineers for discussing current work issues and devising solutions for enhanced operations.

Co-ordinate with OEM in settling warranty issues.

Assist customer in major sub assembly repairs and to make the parts assessment.

Overhauling, Repairing & testing of hydraulic pumps, motors,cylinder &hydraulic valves

Selection of control valves,motors,pumps in a desired circuit Equipment.

Fault diagnosis of heavy earth moving equipments
