Responsible for interaction with VP, Regional and District Loss Prevention Managers on all matters pertaining to external fraud including flea market investigation.

Work alongside HPD major offenders detectives on the complete prosecution process including but not limited to:

oReporting to Police

oAttending court

oTestifying as required.

In charge of running daily, weekly, and monthly reports for vice president including excel, Mainframe, XBR, and Audit Point.

Undercover sales to fencing operations

Performed specialized and complicated investigations to solve substantial organized retail crime, theft and fraud

Interviewed, hired, and provided hand on training to new loss prevention personnel and participated in writing-up and termination of employees
