Technical team leader in a sales team responsible for laying out technical framework for HRSG boiler bids (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) to the customers

Translate technical customer specifications into suitable and cost effective HRSG designs and in compliance with ASME boiler pressure vessels (Section I, IV, VIII) and emission requirements

Investigate improvements in thermal and process design by applying most cost effective tube bundle configurations, material selection, process flow design and flow distribution

Perform thermal design calculations and overall HRSG process calculations using FORTRAN programming language, and produce process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and QT diagrams

Collect and prepare data for subcontractors for estimating and purchasing purposes, related to equipment like burners, fans, valves, silencers, pumps, catalyst systems (NOx, CO)

Provide option prices for HRSG components to be included in cost price for HRSG

Participate in and lead meetings with other internal departments, suppliers & customers; in order to explain boiler design, remarks to the customer specification and make recommendations for future improvements
