This includes building out two data centers in addition to standing up infrastructure in both with network, server systems, storage and an overall migration strategy for over 100 applications.

Planned and implemented CO’s Business Continuity Plan during Hurricane Ike (Sept. 08) where we relocated approximately 345 people to different hotels and migrated critical systems to CO’s alternate work facility in Montgomery, TX, for three days

Created and supervised an inventory management system for all infrastructure refresh activity including a $1.7 million-dollar inventory at all times with a formal process to access and track all equipment
Co-sponsored the formation and ongoing leadership of an enterprise systems and network capacity planning team to manage infrastructure assignment and space allocation within the data centers
