Contract initially Lump Sum, transitioned to a reimbursable contract. Responsible for reviewing accuracy and timeliness of contractors cost and schedule data. Managed and planned execution options for fabrication, HUC and other work scope. Often prepared independent analyses and forecast for PMT/Upper management review. Supported various management strategy decisions by developing multiple cost forecast and expenditure scenarios. Coordinated and issued Weekly and Monthly Reports. Lead effort in developing overall Project forecast per impact of Force Majeure, execution planning and Nigerian market conditions.

Supported estimates in various stages of Gate Reviews. Point Thompson, Llano, Kizomba, USA LNG (Golden Pass, Vista Del Sol, Pearl Crossing). Lead for 15 new hires developing Onshore Investment Curves i.e. well pad manifolds, compressor skids, infrastructure, sulfur plants, injection skids, water treatment, compressor skids, product pumping stations, stainless steel gas treating. Participated in Calgary Sands to Oil South West Quadrant Independent Project Review.

Project Controls Coordinator

Responsibilities included setting up and running the monthly Project Stewardship Meeting. Supervised change management process and monthly reporting deliverables. Coordinate and align subprojects (Facilities/Export System/Offshore/Drilling/Operations) on all aspects of project controls i.e. cost Stewardship philosophies and reporting guidelines. 1993 - 1999 Foster Wheeler Corporation

Responsible for project cost and schedule activities for both the home office and field assignments. Major functions include establishing procedures, implementing project control system, monitoring the work of assigned staff including training of project control engineers ensuring the quality of forecasts and cost reports produced for the assigned projects.

Foster Wheeler Project Experience:

Assigned to Venezuela as Project Control Manager for the LASMO Dacion Field Development Project, Anzoategui State, Venezuela. Upstream project to produce 90,000 barrels of sales quality oil production per day. Project management services include front-end design, detail engineering, procurement, construction management and commissioning of the new facilities (Combination Lump Sum Reimbursable contract).

Project Controls Manager for the Shell Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership Maya II Expansion Project. This project expanded the current 50,000 BPSD four-drum Coker unit to 85,000 BPSD by adding two new coke drums, new sulfur plant as well as modifications to existing facilities.

ESSO Singapore Lubes 2000 Project, [ Pulau/Ayer Chawan, Singapore ]. Grass Roots/Revamp Project to manufacture lube base stocks for Asia Pacific region. Front End Design, Detail Engineering and related services.

Assigned to the Foster Wheeler Italiana Milan office as project controls coordinator for the Esso Long Term Agreement Projects. Initial projects under this agreement covered various contracts at two refinery locations, Trecate Refinery (SARPOM) and Augusta Refinery (ESSO). Project phases supported Engineering Procurement and Construction.

Initial assignment in Foster Wheeler Italiana Milan office: Lump sum grass-roots ethylene glycol plant in Al Shuaiba, Kuwait (a joint venture between Union Carbide and PIC).

Lump Sum 45,000 BPSD delayed coking complex for Lyondell - CITGO Refining Company in Houston, Texas.

Major expansion of Shell Oil Company Deer Park, Texas Refinery, included a delayed Coker complex, hydrotreater and MTBE Unit.

Lump sum 225,000 MTPY purified terephthalic acid plant for Liaoyang Petrochemical Fiber Company and SINOPEC in Liaoyang, China.

Major expansion and modernization of the Jeddah, Riyadh and Yanbu refineries for Saudi Arabian Marketing and Refining Company (SAMRC), included revamp of existing units, several new units, offsite and marine facilities. Project phases supported: study, estimate and front-end design.
