Spin wafer 3“ with resist coat on
Scribe and break into 4 pieces.
Process them into different chemicals (Acid tone, IPA)
Clean the face plates with different chemicals (Nano strip, MC117)
Inspect the wafer and face plate under microscope.
Bond the wafer and faceplate in 750 degree heat.
