It is the Collaboration Between Ecorea (from Korea)& Kuroda Electric (Japan).Then main Business of the Group is for making the Electrical (Cable, Fuse Box, relay base) Parts & Plastic Parts for Automotive & Home Appliances. The annual Business of this company is US$ 6.0 billion).

Quality (LQC&OQC) Assembly:-

Maintain better quality in Automobile Assembly lines of HONDA and zero defect.

Responsibility for any incoming (New Project) part 100% (dim.)Inspection report on VMM.

Material, man power planning and utilization.

Job Responsibility:

Handling Honda car fuse box assembly lines (Automobile sector). .

Attending customer complaint & Customer returned product analysis.

Attending daily customer issues (Quality meeting) & Weekly meeting.

Controlling of measuring and testing equipment.

Control of master sample & revalidation.

To ensure FPA, in process product audit, control charts are implemented.

To maintain quality documents such as approve PDI report, FPA, Time check Inspection report & COPQ Report Monthly.

To handle VMM and PLC based ONSA machine & maintain calibration for the same.

To ensure the Identification and traceability of parts.

Continual improvement / Kaizen team support.

Working in Development Stage of MINDA, S&T & YJC project (Automobile sector)

Coordinate dispatch of automobile part of HONDA with Customer.
