JOB DESCRIPTION &RESPONSIBILITIES

I am capable of operating process equipment and machinery according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as smooth and safe shut down of plant.

To take necessary action when found any abnormal condition, quick report to supervisor and if necessary it is informed to our maintenance department.

Responsible for monitoring the efficient operation of the equipment in my designed area. . At the end of shift I have made over charge completed own log book to the incoming operator.

Emergency handling and Troubleshooting at the plant according to Standard Operating

Procedure.

Expert to monitor and control process parameters, smooth plant operation, emergency handling, start up (cold and hot start up), shut down, routine checks, maintain log sheets & log book, and on-going maintenance activities.

Sulfure Removal Section

Gas processing like Reforming, Shift conversion, Carbon dioxide Removal Section.

Multilingual communication skills including English, French, and Arabic.

Experienced in Pre commissioning & commissioning activities including Steam/Air blowing, Chemical Cleaning and P & ID reading.

Leak test, pneumatic test and pressure test for different sections of Ammonia Plant.
