Ralph David Nisenbaum is the owner and operator of CBR Consultants. Ralph has over 22-years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in the areas of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Surveying, in both the private and public sectors. Ralph has played key roles in management of subdivision drainage and design; transportation projects such as County/Borough road improvement projects; highway construction projects that include bridge erection and hydrology/hydraulics/scour and airport rehabilitation projects with budgetary scopes from $1,300,000 to over $14,000,000. In addition Ralph has also produced and permitted architectural plans in Paradise Valley, Arizona; Manokotak and Gakona, Alaska (cold regions designs for building and public utilities as well as water wells for the villages/developments). Ralph has also engineered and designed improvement plans for permafrost and muskeg soil conditions in Alaska. In addition Ralph has and is now designing, engineering and managing construction oversight & staking for site engineering of numerous high end single family residential homes in the Phoenix, Arizona valley.

In his non-working time, Ralph enjoys family time, spiritual enrichment, brainwave technology, commercial truck driving and fine arts.
