Directed the Quality Organization in all aspects of quality assurance and control to maximize customer satisfaction and On Time Delivery (OTD) while leading a staff of 35 salary and hourly quality professionals. Primary products delivered to major QEM customers BOEING and AIRBUS included landing Gear, Hydraulic Control Systems, and Brake Systems both FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) deliveries.

Directed the start-up of a FAA Repair Station: Planned and prepared facility; wrote and implemented Repair Manual; hired and staffed personnel; identified equipment required; obtained FAA Part 145 Repair Station Certification.

Following my hire as the QAM for the Fairfield site, the Corporation asked me to assume responsibility for the Phoenix, Az. site and their Quality Assurance group and its planned merger with the Fairfield site. Total responsibility for both sites was a Quality Organization of 50 people supporting total sales of 500 million annually. A highly successful merger was accomplished on time per the allocated budget and schedule.

Led the total quality program management for both production systems and logistics post-sales support on sophisticated radar warning systems.
