General Manager (Braselton, GA / Hagerstown, MD / Franklin, KY)
Hired as DC Supervisor, promoted to DC Operations Manager, promoted to Regional Transportation Manager, promoted to Assistant General Manager, and then promoted to General Manager.
Added a 350,000 sq. ft. building to the established 500,000 facility in Hagerstown, MD while increasing the hourly and management staff from 240 to 485 people. Transferred to the 850,000 sq. ft. e-comm facility in Franklin, KY as the GM.
Increased the weekly store count serviced out of Hagerstown from 235 to 471.
Established Ecomm and Omni Channel Business Channels at the DC’s.
Created and implemented the LMS (Labor Management System) and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) process for the DC network, reducing cost and improving productivity.
Considered the point person for testing all new DC processes and assisting other DC’s in the network with conversions to WMS and process improvements.

Regional Logistics Manager (Atlanta, GA & Newton, IA)
Hired as a DC General Manager and promoted to Regional Manager within eight months. Managed day-to-day operations of four regional distribution centers and seven (union & non-union) factory distribution centers totaling 3.5 million sq. ft., which were a mix of company owned and third party contract facilities.
Managed the start-up and staffing of three of the 750,000 to 1 million sq. ft. DC’s.
Managed and led 425 employees and managers, whose duties included transportation, distribution, inventory planning, customer service, and order consolidation.
Prepared and facilitated annual budgetary process for each location totaling $39M in operating costs and $120M in transportation costs.
