ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Led a Six Sigma Green Belt project to standardize the methodology of training and course development corporate wide.
Opened a new facility from scratch in 3 months. Set up safety and PPE programs, rewrote handbook, staffed the facility using direct hire and temporary labor, implemented a new payroll system.

Decreased employee turnover by 52% (183% to 87%) in the food and beverage sector by centralizing hire authority to 2 individuals, creating greater understanding and “warmth” between management and employees, restarting the employee referral program, visiting all units several times a week, and improving the award program for customer service scores, employee of the week, and store contests.

Eliminated inconsistencies in the attendance policy by creating accountability through a documentation process and auditing attendance regularly. This validated the policy and decreased union grievances.
