Charter Communications November 2015 – May 2015

Manage HR team of 8 (2 Generalists, 2 Recruiters, and 2 Coordinators). Acted as HR Manager and Director during HR Director search. Oversee recruiting efforts from job posting to hire. Develop relationships with local community based organizations and agencies to find the best talent available. Schedule and maintain advertising efforts and budget for the sake of recruiting.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Drove recruiting pipeline from not filling hiring classes to overstaffing classes up to 3 weeks prior to start.

Maintain logs for FCC EEO reporting per FCC regulations.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Led a Six Sigma Green Belt project to standardize the methodology of training and course development corporate wide.

Opened a new facility from scratch in 3 months. Set up safety and PPE programs, rewrote handbook, staffed the facility using direct hire and temporary labor, implemented a new payroll system.
