Managed five employees in a multifaceted department. Responsibilities included overseeing print jobs from engineering, ordering components and materials, special projects when requested by other departments. Worked with Engineers on design and tooling improvements. Purchased machinery and tool room equipment for tool room efficiency.

I was in charge of hiring for the needs of our department and the distribution of jobs required and their deadlines.
