I had to maintain a clean department. I would organize all the clothing racks, help fold tables and clean out the dressing rooms . I helped assist customers and attend to their needs in a professional manner. I would answer their questions to the best of my ability. I had to handle exchanges, returns, purchases plus credit card bill payment if they decided to pay it in store. I was also responsible for opening and closing the registers in my department on certain days. If a customer came in the store looking for a particular item i would search the store system and try to locate the item for them, if the store didn't have the item i would give them a list of other stores that did carry the item . With this job i had to have good social skills and mathematical skills.
