Phlebotomy proper

Quality management, maintenance and managerial operations within the laboratory.

Clinical Chemistry EQAS performance.

Phlebotomy practices ( closed system : evacuated system & open system)

Semi-automated EIA tests for PSA, T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and TSH.

Quality management procedures for chemistry, hematology and serology. (includes internal and external QC and calibration practices)

Maintenance of equipment and laboratory area.

Scheduling of duties

Inventory of laboratory equipment and reagents.
