The project provided a central location for the business to monitor product performance, the ability to easily investigate out of spec scenarios, and implement performance/usability improvements.
Product Feedback Index (PFI): This index lets Apple know the performance of Apple products based on cost involved to support contact center services for several channels, i.e., calls, chat, email, and retail. This helps analytics teams know how much fluctuation is against the forecasted values or how we have performed against predicted forecasted values.
Responsibilities:
Analyzed the requirement from Business and designed the application.

GE Capital is focusing on merging data from all its sub business into an Enterprise wide data warehouse. Teradata proprietary Financial Services Logical Data Model (FSLDM) is selected as the data model and is customized to suit the needs for GEC.
For integrating the data from different source systems Informatica and Teradata Utilities are used as data transformation modes. Informatica is used for sourcing the data from the source systems when is then stages into Teradata and BTEQ scripts are used to move it to Core database.

The project deals with Theatrical Distribution division of Warner Bros. for its domestic market (i.e. US & Canada). The key business objective for building this platform is to facilitate business decisions through a single-source of analytical data and information for business users of theatrical sales. Moreover, to remain competitive in the market there was the need for unification, congregation & integration of current source systems.
Sales Data Intelligence Mart was developed considering the need of integrated & robust reporting platform. The ETL is done through Informatica and reporting is done using Business Objects
