1.Cisco Systems, Inc. – OTM Project: Project goal is to automate flexible sales crediting for all sales models, provide planning environment and provide timely, accurate compensation to drive desired sales behaviour. To help achieve this, system will deliver an operational reporting solution that will maximize the benefits from the OTM sales crediting system and associated tool enhancements. System will build the reporting Suite on the Sales Crediting framework, providing greater functionality and performance, coupled with the benefits of additional field attributes necessary for Business Ops to deliver against the latest go to market strategies.

Role : Understanding the as-is process, Support bug fixes and issues reported, Monitoring and working with Business for the day to day issues faced and resolving them as per SLA, Preparing the Training Docs and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the End Business User, Preparing and Presenting the Weekly Status Report on the Project activity with customer IT/Business team.

2.Fruit of the Loom – Order to Cash: Fruit of the Loom is in the process of migrating their ERP system in their IT landscape to Oracle E Business R12 Environment R12, considering the future growth. The current R12 Environment is planned to host 5 Business Units /Lines of Business (Vanity Fair, Fruit of the Loom, Spalding, Huffy Sports, Canada operations). Wipro’s scope it to establish an Application Management Services Model (leveraging business analysts from Fruit of the Loom) to Run and Maintain services for the current business processes on Oracle R12 EBS.

4.Seagate Technologies - WMS Consolidation Project: Seagate’s current Warehouse Management today faces challenges such as high costs in maintaining 15 applications. Current WMS is developed on Oracle ERP 11.5.10 framework. The database is on 11g.The forms and reports are developed in 6i. We need to enable system to support multi org (same ERP tech stack 11.5.10, 11g database and Developer6i) so that we can have less number of instances.
