-Project and Sales Director from 2008 to 2010 JVs of the Joint Companies Propilsur and Polimérica, between Braskem and Pequiven to follow and joint manage with Project and Operation Directors both EPC projects and Financing focusing in the Feasibility Studies and Offtake Agreements. Living 1 year in Caracas.

2002-2009

-International Sales Director and Commercial Director from February 2002 to 2008, responsible for the annual strategies of sales and marketing area and co-responsible for strategic definitions of company’s growth and for the definitions linked to the industrial technology. Focus on definition of politics for the reach of annual and monthly targets of contribution margin and EBITDA, coordination of teams and negotiations for large accounts.

-Scope of the management: domestic market, including representatives, exportation

to branches in Rotterdam, Houston,Argentina and Chile, and traders in South

America, Europe, Africa, Asia and United States. Performance in the interfaces as

client and as shareholder with the main vendor of raw materials - Copesul

Petroquímica and Braskem UNIB. Company’s representative in the monthly

meetings of ABIQUIM (Brazilian Association of Chemistry) and SIRESP (resins

producers association of São Paulo).

-Annual turnover of approximately USD 1,5 bi for commercialization of 800 mi ton/year of polyethylenes and polypropylenes.

-Technical and Management activities: Production, sales and production plannings; marketing; logistics, development of new products and marketing; technical assistance. Interface in the negotiations of the contracts of technology

Market Leadership of Braskem in Latin America and relevant participation in the European Specialties Market

Development of PP and PE EPC Jose Projects via Braskem and Pequiven Team Work with focus in the Negotiation of the Offtake Agreements.
