The Integrated Claims Management System (ICMS) is a web-based claims management system being developed for the SBWC agency of State of Georgia. The ICMS application will enable SBWC staff to perform all duties associated with claims management, alternative dispute resolution, trial, appeals, settlements, rehabilitation, managed care, licensure and quality assurance using internet.
ICMS will handle the document capture, review, and retention of all Forms submitted by various entities like Claimants, Employers, Insurers, Self-Insurers and Attorneys. The ICMS will assist SBWC users to perform data entry of all the required standard and non-standard Forms and its thorough review that will help to ensure all data entered is accurate. The ICMS will enable effective correspondence and notification mechanism through ticklers, email and letter generation as required in business processes.
