Job Responsibilities but not limit
Submit Daily work force to client.
Monitor / balance labor hours by spreadsheet and also by client’s software (TRACK SYSTEM) and compare them to hours reported by editing and adding cost code.
Prepare / Approve the OT of the employee both by Project Manager & Plant Manager.
Post all assigned jobsite weekly payroll as well as resolving payroll discrepancies.
Allocate the work force both by staff and labor to various sites/work orders/ supervisors as instructed by project manager.
Collects allocation sheets from site in charge and distribute to the correct department including preparation and tracking invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, inventory control and ordering proper equipment.
Maintain a record of daily employee attendance (over 150) and verify both manually and electronically, also keep proper paper work on new, current and terminated employees including worksite badge, vehicle pass request, tool pass, transfers and salary adjustments.
Coordinate employees Houston Area Safety Counsel orientations.
Maintain cost reports.
Complete and submit report concerning jobsite details and overall progress.
Work with management on forecasting month end reports.
Create transportation arrangement for both staff labor and craft personnel.
Heavy duty and light duty vehicle/equipment arrangement for all site activities coordinating with man power.
Follow up with equipment’s –Hire/ off hire/ replacement /movement /extensions /service and repair.
