Monitored the progress of the construction activities on a daily basis and held regular status meetings with customers and sub-contractors, explained design concerns and cost effective options, keeping projects on time and within budget, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality assurance, and safety standards. Analyzed vendor proposals and selected the appropriate one for each project.

Responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Simultaneously worked on an average of 4 projects at any given time. The projects were often at various stages of the development life cycle. Managed construction teams of 10-20 workers/sub contractors per site while maintaining exceptionally clean & safe work environments with a flaw less on site safety record of 0 injuries.

Construction projects oversight, from conceptualization to implementation with full responsibility for completing projects within budget. Analyzed construction plans and specifications including interpreting engineer detailed drawings and managed projects in a cost-efficient manner maximizing profit.

Ensured all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance policies were obtained. Scheduled and planned multiple projects for staff on a daily basis assuring everyone adhered to all building codes, rules and ordinances.
