PROJECT DETAILS

1. Inspection, verification and Acceptance of CCTV Installation: MPT is responsible for managing the implementation of three thousand plus CCTVs

( both analogue and IP based systems) in all branches across the country, consisting of four cameras and DVR system with connectivity to RCR and CCR for centralized monitoring, using multiple vendors. My responsibility was a team engineers to manage remotely and check the completion of documentation related to Installation Completion, verifying the technical aspects of installation, verifying the acceptance criteria like optimal usage of disk space, proper coverage of movements in branch without video slippage and establishing continues connectivity through set up in DDNS and port forwarding services for surveillance and monitoring by control room officers. Regular reporting on the progress of each vendor’s projects, slippage, acceptance of installation of CCTV system in branches and rejection on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Active participation in regular meeting with senior management to recommend corrective actions for leading the projects in the right course is also part of responsibility. Since the entire progress monitoring and onsite verification across the three thousand plus branches are done from a central location using remote access of DVR and related systems, good understanding of corporate networking, branch networking, broad band access, DDNS setting etc. is essential. In addition to the above I am responsible for health monitoring all the CCTV devises in all the branches using RHMS services. RHMS is Remote health management system to identify the healthy status of branches in which we can monitor the status like camera working, DVR status, recording status, hard disk status and all the issues related to CCTV system. If any of the issues identified that will directly go to the case desk software and provide the support for clearing it early as possible. From the RHMS reporting all the service requirements of out service components are reported to a call centre for restoration of service. Responsibilities:

Technical Support for CCTV both Analog and IP Camera.

Knowledgeable in Port Forwarding of modem hence the Application of the Network will work properly. Remote Administration using LAN and WAN using DYNDNS.

Online verification of CCTV installed branches of Muthoot fincorp ltd.

Muthoot Security System-Msys cloud app management.

Monitoring Zicom & Thakral RHMS.

SIFY network monitoring & firewall management.

Case desk management

Documentation management.
