● http://weheartit.com/ (Jun 2012 Mar 2013) Senior Software Engineer. An awesome project! WeHeartIt is a fast growing image bookmarking site, currently getting over 750M pageviews / month
(the old information). At peak load they had over 35,000 requests per minute to their Rails app. And they have a first class Ruby developer team. The main purpose of the site is collecting, organizing and sharing images that you like. Since WeHeartIt currently translated into 19 different languages, I also do have some good internationalization skills (both Ruby and JS).

I had a team of 8 Ruby developers, two designers and one CSS/HTML guy. I do know well how to solve all kind of problems from hunting and leading a team of great developers, architecting the system, managing development process, and ending by delivering and supporting ready product.
