I have up till now imparted Tennis Coaching to NUMEROUS young Tennis players out of whom a few have even become highly ranked Inter-National Players. Before the division of the State U.P. had an area of 2, 94,411 Sq.m. with capital at Lucknow. The population of U.P. was 150 million and it is a place of profound and varied Fire and safety hazard and Risk.

The U.P. Fire Service had a strength of 6,500 fire personnel who were under the command of/ and managed by the Joint Director. There are two posts of Deputy Director at Fire Head Quarter, two posts of Commandant and Assistant commandant at the State Fire Service Training College U P and 13 posts of Chief Fire Officers that are Gazetted Posts. These Officers are under the supervision of JD Fire Service Head Quarter.

I have successfully managed three MAHA-KUMBHA MELAS the Fire Control of biggest crowd of Hindu Congregation of the world several years. In 1989/ 1991 and 2001

My FS Mela officers and I were honored and our FS exhibition stall was adjudged as WINNER.

I supervised & Ma naged Fire Service arrangements at Agra during the Indo-Pak summit visit of Pakistan President Mr. Musharraf.

I have been delivering lectures on DISASTER MANAGEMENT and conducting EVACUATION DRILLS from all kinds of occupancies. I have delivered lectures on DISASTER MANAGEMENT at U P ATI Aliganj Lucknow

GENERAL EXPECTATION

I conduct lectures and carry out DISASTER MANAGEMENT DRILLS. I have also delivered lectures at I have convent education background. My schooling was in Bishop Cotton School whereas I graduated from Hislop College. I have very good command on English. I am a science graduate with distinction in Chemistry. I have exhaustive Defense Service knowledge because of my exceedingly high interest and participation in NCC Army Wing and Air Force. I know and adhere to high standard of discipline, etiquette and manners. I am a military as well as sports (TENNIS) disciplinarian. I have presented papers in many seminars and my articles published.

My expectations are now to command and control (AS BOSS) Fire and Safety of any foreign or Indian based Multinational/Organization and to devote my life and work on the progress and development of Tennis through any Multinational/Organization. I am very keen to open a Fire & Security Training Institute and a Tennis Academy to utilize my complete ability.

SELF APPRAISAL

I have vast experience in conducting workshop, Lectures and seminars for Architects, engineers and contractors

I HAVE developed UP fire site on UTTAR PRADESH police WEBSITE.

I did immense PRIMARY FIRE SERVICE job of Fire Education throughout U. P in urban and rural schools, HRB buildings and can show videos to confirm.

I managed THREE MAHAKUMBHS of 1990 Allahabad, 1994 Hardwar, 2000 Allahabad as STATE FIRE OFFICER/MELA INCHARGE. Erection of 30 Fire Stations. Fire education and awareness for Melas.

As COMMANDANT UP F S State Fire Service Training College imparted high technology training and made hectic efforts for modernizing the training college with LPG gas, Boring Tube Well, Electrification, white magnetic boards, full-fledged library, modified and improvised to make a complete BA Training complex and other facilities.

I prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all Fire Service activities. Weekly and daily duties of Fire Service

SOP for Fire Report, fire turnouts and else.

Most important ability is to save life for which physically fit and mentally balanced personality of rescue workers management is vital in emergency incidences.

I have done all other trainings related to DISASTER MANAGEMENT at Luck now, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bhopal and Training Of Trainers (TOT) and Administration training.

Prepared Syllabus for DISASTER MANAGEMENT and lecturers “SEARCH AND RESCUE” (SAR) course for Fire Service Training College and carried it out for different batches.

I represent UP Police team on All India level in Tennis and have international points.

I have coached international Tennis players and have International Tennis Coach Certificate from USA.

Recently in October I have undergone a workshop on National Building code (NBC) by BIS.

I am a Fire & evacuation Drill Expert.

I have done all computer courses and am computer savvy. I have done website development course as well ASP.NET

Done Direct Trainers skills course Thames University London.

Ours is the only Fire Service in India which conducts Fire Drill competitions every year as initiated by me.

I consistently write articles on Fire & Life safety.

I have prepared FIRE EDUCATION for every class of community Urban as well as Rural.
