Summary
Though I am a competent and thorough Service Technician with over 22 years of experience, my years of service also allowed me to hold several positions in managerial or supervisory capacities. My knowledge of installation, start up, and repair of virtually all types of commercial HVAC equipment, including DDC systems and other controls gives me the tools to nurture, guide and train others. I am also a 22 year US Air Force veteran with extensive formal supervisory and management schooling. I have a reputation for keeping good and ongoing rapport with customers, which helps maintaining long and prosperous relationships.
