Project description: The purposed of the project was to produce an amphibious vehicle by integrating and redesigning the key mechanical components from a Jet Ski and quad bike. The project group was required to research, design, construct, assemble and test a land propulsion design that would operate in-tandem with the vehicle’s water operational characteristics. The study was required a good understanding of design, propulsion, fluid dynamics and operational safety criteria.
