Business process remapping included studying the as-is process for sales and purchasing operation such as direct shipment, drop-ship, 3rd party shipment, direct import, cross-functional special order remanufacturing, return and repair scenarios, etc. Propose the TO-BE business process based on SAP best practices. Re-implement the to-be business process for a warehouse and then extend it to other warehouses across the country. Setup interfaces with vendor application systems to automate subcontracting and 3rd party sales operations with Biztalk the middleware for EDI processing.

Implement best practices for Shipment prioritization, consolidation, tracking and planned vs actual cost monitoring. Automate freight vendor payment through ERS - Evaluated Receipt Settlement, customs document generation for Inbound and Outbound Shipments based on the Hub and Spoke design for Multi-modal shipments.
