Extensively working in SR Enhancements, Rate Changes and AO Guidance project’s for the policy system.

There are many prospects in business application’s which has impact in the AIP portal (Agents/brokers front end application). These Prospects include Driver’s discounts, TT&R message and Rate changes in multi policy for multi states. The main system HUON and Genesis are used to build the policy in AIP portal.

Responsibilities:

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (BRD), Use Cases (Screen and Interface Designs).

Handling multi projects in SR Enhancements, Rate Changes and AO Guidance.

Project Description:

This project helps Farmers Agent to create a quote for the particular policy and generates the Policy number for the customers in its line of Business. The goal of the policy system is to make user friendly for the agents to generate the policy in commercial line system either for existing Business or for New Business. This involves lot of underwriting questions and federal state charges related to the Business depending on the LOB to generate the policy, in order to populate these the MCLS and PICS system are used to build a policy in Business Express Portal(It is a Web Based application).

Responsibilities:

Analyzed the BOP for any Line of Business in Farmers Insurance and created requirement document with IT staff and SME’s.

Involved in Rapid Process for the Policy enhancement project.

Created DCD, BRD and FDD for the defects under Rapid Process.

Schedule meeting for the Walkthrough’s and Requirement Process whenever necessary.

Created the Test Scenarios for the QA team, in order to perform testing in the application and validated the Test Plans.

Analyzed the root cause for the defects, resolved and closed the defects.

The Goal of this project is to provide better assist to Farmers HELPPOINT CSA’s and CR’s to create the claim and attach the documents under the claim or claim unit. Document Processing Portal has the following applications: Correspondence Generation, Remote Check, Express Check, View Document, View Policy Document, View Policy Form, Document Manager, Photo Manager, Add Document, Smart Forms, Risk Advice, Marketing Advice, Scene Diagram and Correspondence Templates. Each application has various functions which is associated with particular claimants. Farmer’s Insured Claimant Agents or Others can upload the documents in FARMERS.com or HPCS.com portal and this internally routes it to NDC (National Document Center).

Project Description:

This Software has developed by Hi-Tech Arai Ltd to support the employee payroll process and it’s a In- House development. I worked as tester to develop test plans and execute various types of testing. “Payroll System” software developed and designed to achieve maximum efficiency and reduce the time taken to handle the Payroll activity. It is designed to replace an existing manual record system thereby reducing time taken for calculations and for storing data. The system uses Vb.Net as front end and Microsoft SQL as a backend for the database. The system is strong enough to withstand regressive daily operations under conditions where the database is maintained and cleared over a certain time of span. The implementation of the system in the organization will considerably reduce data entry, time and also provide readily calculated reports.

Responsibilities:

Actively involved in understanding requirements and use case documents

Created, reviewed and executed the test cases.

Testing the product for Build Acceptance test, Core Regression Test and system integration test

Generated Test procedure document for various tests that are to be performed.
