Providing 24/7 production support according to the needs of End-Users and functional consultants

Creating users, assigning necessary authorization and unlocking user-id when it’s locked by the end-user.

Monitoring background jobs overview, System logs, ABAP dumps, Update Errors, and Lock entries including file systems.
