COOK COMPRESSION – Dover Energy, Inc., Houston, TX 1997 –2015 Global Director, Product Engineering and Quality Assurance 2012 – April, 2015 Promoted to Global Director, reported to President, and led team of 4 engineers to apply local integration successes on global scale to seamlessly integrate Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality across 4 factories. Consolidated QA and initiated ISO 9001 certification to simplify factory work transfer and shorten lead times.

Created metrics and process changes that reduced plant scrap rates 31% (avg. PPM from more than 11,000 to 7,527) in 1 year and saved $158K.
