An in house Research & Development group works on new technologies and test methods to bring state-of-the-art-characterization techniques to research labs and industries.
My Contribution:
o Design and implementation of an IC Engine for study fuel combustion through optical imaging.
Fuel pressure regulation in pressure rail using PWM control through LABview.
Fuel injections using a fuel injector at desired rate using NI Compact RIO
Crank encoder feedback and control of injection based on crank angle and position. o Design and implementation of “Non-contact Stroke Measurement Sensor” to measure precise displacement at various frequencies of stroke.
Researched on Capacitive measuring devices and implement board.
Compact design in-order to nullify effects of temperature gradient and static charges.
Collaborative work on capacitive sensor design with theoretical calculations made practical.
Successful demonstration of the sensor and having been integrated with a stroke unit at Australia.
o Design and implementation of Controller for measure of contact in terms of resistance for a Standard Pin on Disc Instrument.
Study of lubricants and its resistive property.
Design implementation of quick demonstration circuit.
Flexible controller design with variable output range.
Successful installation at Italy through online support. o Design and implementation of 6-Axis Load cell for measure of Forces and Moments for a concept of Handle Tribometer.
Research on the strain gauging and type of strain gauges to be used.

Driving the DC motor to achieved unachieved torques.
Quadruple co-odorant system been implemented
Software controlling the load and so the torque achieved on the gear.
A technical paper been presented at International Conference held at Singapore, with the data s logged from the test instrument.

C programming on power constraint environment using Freescale development board FRDM- KL25Z with 32 bit ARM Cortex processor.
