Started out as receptionist in August of 2010.
In 6 weeks time I was promoted to Project Engineer. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Printing all bid documents from specifications to drawings, including all bulletins/addendas, create all submittal packages and submit to GC, keep email correspondence with GC and Project Managers, take meeting minutes in FM/PM Meetings, assist any needs of the Project Managers.
In August of 2015 I was promoted to Assistant Project Manager and within just a few short months I was promoted to Project manager. During this time I completed the Polynesian Resort Leisure Pool project (Plumbing and HVAC), and started the UCF IRIF
(Plumbing) project while finishing the Tallahassee VA Outpatient Clinic (Plumbing) and the Florida Hospital Women's Pavilion
(Plumbing)
I maintain good relationships with my vendor's, subcontractor and General Contractors
I process all pay applications, cost to complete reports, change order requests, executed change orders and any other daily paperwork associated with my current projects
I also continue to build and submit material and data submittals, owner purchase orders, and make sure that all close out paperwork is complete and ready for turnover.

a family owned operation as the dispatch for incoming and outgoing loads
I also managed all payroll for hired Owner Operators
I also did all sales and billing for the company
