My passion is in developing detailed and thoughtful design ideas to create an innovative product. Aiming to design for emotions, I strive to give the user a delightful and engaging experience by iteratively improving the design based on user feedback. Worked closely with other researchers to redesign web screen layout using HTML5 and CSS3 for The Gauntlet study. Also responsible for the project Yummer where I began with hand-sketched ideas and progressed iteratively to prototyping stage. Involved in creating survey questions, gathering participants, and analyzing the data for Human Proxy study.
Result:
Gather general idea on what people think about using Human Proxy to attend their classes
Get hands-on experience on how to create meaningful survey questions

Responsible for handling all the visual requests that came from various teams. Heavily involved in visual design for print material, from battery label designs to the new BlackBerry phone’s user manual. Designed a water laboratory space aimed to increase efficiency during water testing process by improving the interaction. I started with ethnography research to gain insights on their activity. Other research methods used included cultural probes, informances, user personas, participatory workshop, storyboards, and journey
frameworks. Following this, a video prototype was
created to better communicate the idea.

Designed and developed an interactive prototype for a digital urban guide that helps the user discover and plan activities based on a predetermined budget. I was
responsible for creating user personas, journey framework, wireframes, interaction design, and learned how to do interactive prototyping in Axure. In addition, I conducted usability tests and heuristics evaluations for the app to make sure the screens flow smoothly.
