Responsible in the orientation of Client house rules for newly deployed personnel and endorsement to the client.
Supervises deployed employees and coordinates with the client in the monitoring and evaluation of their performance.
Assist deployed employees on benefits claims and applications, answering queries thereto and giving of updates on its status, answering payroll queries including payroll adjustments.
Assists recruitment group in sourcing and processing of qualified applicants

Monitoring and updating of absenteeism rate, AWOL, and leaves of all employees per department (It includes actual checking in production area, checking of filed leave, report preparation per department, as per headcount.)
Responsible in deployed employees demeanor, doing investigations related to violation or misdemeanor and shall recommend appropriate disciplinary action, if applicable.
Provide counseling to employees with work problems.
Facilitates resolution to valid issues / concerns affecting deployed employees and reporting the same to Manager, if necessary.
Responsible in the timely and accurate preparation of reports both internal and as required by the client.
Assume other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned or delegated from time to time.
Facilitate timekeeping process of all deployed employees.
Initiates the annual performance evaluation / appraisal of deployed employees.
Responsible in proper documentation of deployed personnel misdemeanor / violation and proper maintenance of 201 file
Responsible in the completeness of 201 file records of deployed personnel during deployment.
