Description:

College Event Plus using android devices is a mobile based project that has been developed for android phones and tablets. The main purpose is to bring the overall colleges event details updating systematically using android smart phones. Using this staff, college admin and students can post/update colleges event details in server. Two separate android app will be developed one for admin user and other for non-admin user. Users can update their events details i.e. Event Name, Date, Schedule details through the Android App. Data will be maintained in server. Admin can control all the App Process.

Description:

The Employee Payroll Systems objective is to provide a system which manages the employee details, the Payroll activity done in a company depending upon the employee’s attendance and its calculation. This computerized system will reduce the time taken for processing payroll than the manual paper process. This also takes care of activities like managing each employee’s attendance, the number of leaves taken by that particular employee and calculation in a very quick manner.

Responsibilities:

Maintained employee information, to audit and process incoming payroll data,compile and administer salary increases and retroactive pays

Prepare emergency warrants and expenditure transfers

Evaluate, interpret and complete retirement enrolment forms

Coordinating with the lead and team on current programming tasks

Prepared the design specification, source code and implementation documents

Debug the existing source code and polish feature changes and requests

Worked with the testing team to complete all stages of testing till UAT

Training the users regarding the functional process and prepared user manuals
