Internship:
I have done my internship in “Team Indus”, Bangalore under Avionics department. Team Indus, Bangalore, is one of the finalists in “Google lunar x-prize” contest. Technical Experience:
Two days hands on national workshop on “Analog and mixed signal design using cadence tool” organized by karunya university in association with Cadence and Entuple Technologies, Bangalore.
Three days training workshop on “custom designer” for design contest conducted by SYNOPSYS in Hyderabad on 2015.
One day workshop on “device fabrication and characterization” conducted by Karunya university on 2015.
Participated in one day “PCB workshop” conducted in Karunya University 0n 2014.
Participated in QUASAR conducted in Karunya University to present a “density based traffic light controller” on 2013 .
Awards and Honours:
• Participated in the MINDKRAFT held at Karunya University and won 1st prize in
“innovative projects” for “low cost hearing aid”.
M.Tech project:
“Analog circuit design using GaN based HFET’s” in which the analog circuit(LNA) is designed using GaN HFET’s.first the device is designed and its RF characteristics were verified and the LNA circuit is designed using HFET.
Paper Publication:
Paper titles as “Simulation study of GaN based HFET” was publishes in IEEE International Conference on Circuit, Power and Computing Technologies”, ICCPCT, march 2016.
B.Tech project:
“On board electronics for power regulation and power generation” which includes the coding for finding the solar panel tilt and power requirement in power generation part and also design of “buck boost converter” in power regulation part. Extra-Curricular Activities:
District kabbadi player.
