Some of the module includes sales invoice generation based on SCAMS, GRPO, other cost handling, auto-landed cost posting, production mapping from other integrated systems and auto printing after invoice generation.

Posting RG23D details automatically based on invoice, mapping batch details and barcode details with GRPO

Handling barcode system, Barcode printing and scanning application which will integrate to GI of SBO while scanning the barcode for usage.

Developing 35 reports and 15 main layouts for the SBO system.

Based on the Costing calculation defined in the master and the grouping; also by using the combination of the data the user enter in the Costing module, we find out the exact value of the item including other expenses which is not included in SAP module.

Colorant Master + Auto Picker - Master to keep the color code and the combination to create a new color based on the Base color set in the master. Later this can be used in sales order. Pick and pack auto picking based on barcode scan.

Order Generation - Item and customer anywhere search – This search include, the colorant search, alias of item and based on this code item is auto selected and updated to sales order. This also contains POP UP to show the details of colorant item if any.

Material Requisition Planning (MRP) -Requisition process is set in Midas for proper placing of purchase order based on the sales. Two type of requisition is set here. Based on the sales order and Item wise.

Approval [User window approval] - Requisition for all location is send for an approval of higher authority and after the approval process an purchase order is generated. User wise blocking of user form, so that only higher authority can approve the request. Quantity managing is done in all stage of this process.

Payment Schedule - In Olive builders they need to keep track of the Payments they need to collect after completion of each tower, flat. So that they can send a payment letter to each customers based on this. Calculation and date of Payment depends on the booking of flat- it may be Special Payment Schedule or general.

Booking Details - An window to collect details of Customer while booking flats, which includes bank details, loan, Parking, Schedule, Conditions

Due Generator - Based on the Payment Schedules, the users need to create Due on each stage. Which in turn create sales order including or excluding tax based on the Payment schedule.

Retail Cutting-Sales - To reduce the waste of glass/Plywood while doing retail sales by recalculating the Length and width, this does not cause a loss to the company.

Sales Invoice - Customization of Sales Invoice, to calculate the Retail Cutting and Quantity based on the three types of customer length and width, Also setting Crystal report for four types of Prints out from new GUI.
