Onsite manager for TRC Staffing Client Convergent. We currently staff over 5 projects and have over 120 employees. I am responsible for ensuring we keep our employees engaged but also ensure the client relationship is nurtured and developed. Part of my job is to make sure I hire qualified employees for each project. Once candidates are tested, screened and interviewed, I set up the final interview for the program managers and await final selections. I was recently the lead Staffing coordinator at Oasis Staffing. My duties included leading my co-workers in job fairs, morning and weekly meetings to ensure we were recruiting qualified candidates for our clients during normal as well as projected peak seasons.
