Played a key role in turning-around the under-performing/ loss-making project titled SenseX “ A concept for low cost hardware for measurement of color and brightness for Wall projectors” as a profitable venture

Successfully introduced new products & services such as SenseX which replaced spectrometer ($300) in projector which resulted in saving of 270$ each projector and this introduced in Led and Laser projector of different resolution SGA, SXGA, HD, FHD leading a big saving of 5.4 Million $ /year. This extended to LCD panels also.

Successfully introduced architecture and design for Centralized redundant power solution and Green Energy Star for meeting standby wattage requirement of 1W for cascaded projectors and LCD panels.
