GENERAL COMMENTS:
I have nearly thirteen years of education and field experience in the OSHA Standards for Construction Industry (CFR 1926) and General Industry standards (CFR 1910) for Environmental, Health, and Safety. My work experience includes projects at pharmaceutical companies, refineries, power plants, chemical plants and throughout various phases of dredging operations. I have also been involved with design/build projects directed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, work that required close adherence to USACE policies and procedures. I am currently a Regional Safety Manager for Infrasource/Quanta Services where I provide oversight for the region ranging from New Hampshire to North Carolina. There are currently four Area Safety Managers under my supervision in various areas along the east coast.

Knowledgeable in OSHA Construction (CFR 1926) and General Industry (CFR 1910) standards and experienced in their practical implementation on industrial, commercial, and construction projects.
Performed numerous site safety audits to ensure compliance with client, property owner, contractor, and OSHA regulations.

Manage company pre-surveys, perform risk assessment, conduct safety inspections, provide follow-up training, conduct audits, perform loss trending and claims review for clients such as PSE&G substations, NJAW, Verizon, and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Areas of responsibility spanned from NJ, PA, DE, and MD.
Responsible for all aspects of OSHA compliance including management, documentation, training, underwriting, and claims processing, OSHA accident investigations and audits.
Provide full-time support in the field to assure operations are planned properly and conducted in a safe manner. Responsible for over fifty plus union laborers, carpenters, dock builders, and ironworkers.
