1. May 2008 – present day, employee of SC RAFO SA Oneşti, 3 Industriilor Street, Oneşti Place, Lab. Metrology – Quality Directorate, position Metrology Lab Chief – Technical Responsible of the metrology activity, coordination of checks and calibration of work measurement means within the company and for third parties, obtaining and maintaining the lab permit as consequence of evaluations and audit performed by the evaluation teams of the Romanian Legal Metrology Office on the following measurement fields:

Volumes (fixed tanks for storing liquids, volumetric plant for calibrating fixed tanks for storing liquids), Masses (weighting apparatus with non-automatic and automatic operation, work weights), Physical-chemical (portable and fix gas analyzers, ph-meters, conductometers, spectrophotometers, photocolorimeters, gas chromatographs, liquid chromatographs, electronic lab and process densimeters), Presures (manometers with elastic element, pressure calculators, differential pressure transducers, absolute and relative), Debits (debit measurement systems for natural gas, water and saturated steam – diaphragm, Venturi tube and ISA nozzle), temperatures (thermo resistant, technical and medicinal thermocouple, temperature adaptors, thermostats, digital and mercury thermometers, thermostat baths and portable ovens), Automations (electronic regulators, electronic recorders and indicators etc.). drafting documents for the authorization of the checking staff within the lab according to the legal metrology procedures. Coordinating and drafting the annual monitoring plan of CO2 emissions, calculus of the measurement uncertainty for the measurement systems of the debit registered in the monitoring plan. The cooperation with various companies and public institutions: BRML, ROLAB, INM Bucharest, DRML BACĂU, ANAF, COV INSPECT, E-On, Distrigaz, Syscom 18 Bucharest etc.

I hold valid permit of metrology verifier for all the work measurements fields for which the lab authorization is requested.

2. March 2004 – May 2008, employee of SC RAFO SA Oneşti, 3 Industriilor Street, Oneşti Place, Metrology Lab – Quality Directorate, position metrology engineer, substitute of lab chief and AQ responsible. Drafting the Quality Management Handbook, general and specific system procedures, according to SR EN ISO/CEI 17025:2005 standard- "Requirements for the Trial and Calibration Labs" and of the legal metrology procedure PML 5-04-05 -"Requirements for the Metrology Labs ". Metrology checks and calibrations of the work measurement systems for the aforementioned fields. The metrological law responsible with the observance of the requirements and conditionings of the model approvals of the tax volumetric measurement systems within the company (periodical check of the error margin imposed by the international law, technical check of the measurement systems and components, check of tax systems integrity and check of the sealing scheme and drafting minutes as consequence of such checks).
