Working as CAE Engineer in OPT Integrated Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from October 2015 to till date.

ACADEMIC PROJECT (B. TECH)

Title: “MODIFIED SPLINE ROLLER FOR STRAIGHTENING STANDS USED IN CONTINUOUS CASTING DEPARTMENT AT VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT”

Description: Our work studies with the possible causes for failure of splines and the design of existing involute splines. The work has been carried out in modification of the involute splines to straight splines considering the induced stress, shear area, length of the spline and there by the life of the splines joint increased considering the cost aspects. The existing and the modified drawings have been drafted and solid model of the drive roller is represented.

Presented a Paper on SMART MATERIALS in 8th National Level Technical Symposium held at C.R.REDDY COLLGE OF ENGINEERING, ELURU.

Got 1st prize in the event JUNK YARD held in GECFEST2K13 at GUDLAVALLERU ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GUDLAVALLERU.

Participated in the event DEATH RACE conducted on the occasion of MECHANO 2 in JNTU VIZIANAGARAM, VIZIANAGARAM.
