Background:

I have obtained a respectable level of professional experience in Civil engineering in Europe operating as an independent diversified project manager in Civil Engineering construction projects ranging from medium to large. I have accumulated an in depth understanding for handling various domain areas in Civil Engineering and have held responsibility for various critical and challenging projects from design stage, approval stage and full implementation through to completion whereby I ensured that all projects fully satisfied the requirements as per specifications and within the stipulated time and in accordance with quality standards.

I am equipped and have expertise with various latest engineering tools and techniques, cost evaluation techniques and tools which I applied in my professional career to produce cost-effective solutions for the clients I worked with. I am able to handle high pressure environments, I am open minded and a good team player.

I have worked in Europe, primarily in Greece as a Civil engineers acting as a project manager liaison between cross-functional teams,.. senior management, subcontractors, engineers and clients and have developed sound subject matter knowledge to effectively bring to fruition completion efficiently. I have a deep interest in Earthquake Engineering and I anticipate my MSc in this specialty engineering realm by the conclusion of 2013

I consider my design skills excellent and my project implementation skills very strong from the standpoint of taking responsibility and monitoring the daily team activities to ensure that all tasks are done as per plan. I have a very good understanding of costing tools and techniques and the calculations of same so that project cost is kept a minimum without losing efficiency,.. thereby helping the organization to stay within the planned budget and maintain their market strength.
