Role: Pega Architect

Description: This project is for providing Maintenance/Production support to the end users of the SAM (Servicing Automation) application. The application handles the cases created for individuals who have taken a vehicle loan from Ally, including bankruptcy cases.

The project has several independent work flows. Some of these require user intervention while the remaining have straight through processing. An important functionality of the project is to send letters to the customers of Ally. These letters are generated through the Adobe LiveCycle product by using PDF letter templates.

Responsibilities:

Understanding business cases by analyzing the production process

Had regular meetings with the hall supervisors and management to understand the complicated set of business rules

Handling the team size of 8 members for SAMS application

Interacted with Users, Developers, Project Manager to understand the business process, identify enhancements and gather Business Requirements.

Description: Manual Process Automation Layer (MPAL) Cloud and XaaS are Cisco Business transformation initiatives that support Cisco's strategy to transform how we deliver and sell out compute network services to end customers.

In the current application processing, transactions are related as manual transactions. The Bookings and sales credits are manually calculated using a tedious manual approach and is prone to continuous changes and errors. The scope of this project is to enable systematic data integration for automated sales crediting and compensation effectively. The proposed system will target the following business objectives.
