Responsibilities:
Worked with Cross Functional team members to improvise e-commerce site capabilities for 24 national and International customers (Toyota, GM global, Germany, Australia, India, Bulgaria and others).
General business analyst duties such as writing detailed requirements for change requests, attending JAD (joint application development) meetings, taking and disseminating meeting notes, writing and reviewing document deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Documented business needs for the project from key stakeholders using MS Word templates.
Served as a liaison between the business team and the project team by assisting in identifying, understanding, and documenting their business needs
Prepared test cases according to the functional specifications and performed manual testing.
Interacted with the developers and QA Team Lead to report bugs and provided weekly status updates.
