A. Currently working on M/s Reliance Industries Ltd., Dahej. Project Profile: HSE Activity at Dahej Manufacturing division (DMD) Expansion Project, Gujrat- India.

Reporting directly to the VP – HSE.

Position and Brief Description of duties: - Sr. HSE Engineer

To Identifying and eliminating unsafe practices and unsafe conditions through inspections and audits, also preparing HSE performance report (MIS) with trend analysis.

Continuously monitors the working environment, especially for work performed under specific Permit to Work requirements.

Advice and assist the management in the fulfillment of its obligations statutory or otherwise concerning prevention of personal injuries and maintenance and safe working environment.

Participating in EHS site and corporate audits, inspections and routine surveys including the developing and drafting of audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends in results of audit activities.

Creating and Maintaining EHS and Safety files and records and implements compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems for all Plant.

Ensuring adequate training of firefighting systems and emergency procedure at work site.

Conducting contractors safety meetings, Emergency drills

Preparation of checklist and formats

Site familiarizations.

B. Worked with Cairn India Ltd., as a Sr. HSE Engineer from April 2013 to March 2015.

Project Profile: Oil and Gas – Terminal Project at Bhogat, Gujrat- India.

Reporting directly to the Sr. HSE Manager.

(22 Million Safe Man-hours were achieved during this project.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Close monitoring of construction activities in terms of HSE compliance on day-to day basis.

Ensuring all the works are carried out in strict adherence of HSE plan.

Conducting/Participating Tool box talks for the high risk involved activities.

Conducting safety audits of tools and equipment involved in the construction activity.

HSE induction to the newly joined workforce in the project team.

Status of safety compliance & discuss ongoing/ next day work plan.

To investigate incidents & accidents & suggest measures to avoid recurrences of the same

Conducting/Participating in HSE mock drills.

Follow up of COP cards.

C.(1) Worked with Coastal Marine Construction & Engineering Ltd As a HSE Officer from September 2010 to March 2013.

(Successfully Completed 12 Million Man-hours without any Loss Time Injury (LTI) in the project.)

(2) Involved in activities belongs to Marine Infra Project (Offshore & Onshore:- Pipeline Installation, Dredging, Diving Operation, Micro tunneling, Valve Pit, HDPE Welding)

Client : GPPC (GSPC PIPAVAV POWER COMPANY LTD.)

Consultant : TATA CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD.

Name of the project : 700 MW COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT NEAR PIPAVAV.

SEAWATER INTAKE & EFFLUENT DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.

Location : GUJRAT (Kovaya)

Role : HSE Officer

(3) Responsibilities:-

As a HSE officer I was responsible to visualize the total safety part for the project. All critical activities, Construction Safety for Excavation, Concrete, Environment, Pipeline Joining, safety during the contractor at offshore site, Electrification, transportation, loading, unloading, storage, shifting of heavy machineries and erection, equipment and piping erection.

To monitor & supervise the various contraction activities at site for compliance of the safety system/procedure by the main contractor including associated agencies.

(4) Nature of the duties:-

Develop & revise HSE Plan, Standard operating procedures & other HSE documents.

To supervise overall safety at the contraction site during offshore execution of the project o& ensure adherence to the approved safety management system by the contractors.

(4) Nature of the duties:-

To supervise overall safety at the contraction site during offshore execution of the project of the ES (Engineering Services) & ensure adherence to the approved safety mangemantent system by the contractors.

To liaise with process in changer in association with safety officer of the asset & contractor for day to day work plan.

To ensure compliance of the all the required procedures for issuance of various work permits.

Prior to start of work permit activity, to ensure that fire & gas detention & associated system are in operation at respective work site & that work area is constantly s monitoring under H2S & hydrocarbons
