Work Duties: In my 20-year Career at Frito Lay I worked in several Departments. In Sanitation I shut down the equipment and broke it down then used Chemicals to clean it. In Palletizing I palletized finished product that was coming from the production floor for the warehouse to load onto trucks. In Packing I packed finished product according to diagrams provided. In the Warehouse I picked product sorted product and loaded trailers. And in the position I was last at was Sun chips operator and there I ran a dry ingredient mixing system, Wheat cooking system, Extruder, Fryer, and a Seasoning Line system and while running seasoning lines I preformed Quality Control testing using a mettler weigh system and a weight system plotting results on a chart to keep within tolerances.
