Career Summary

I am highly motivated, energetic supervisor and qualified Trainer / Assessor / Internal Verifier (IQA) from EAL. UK., having Twenty-Nine Years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries with multinational team work, such as Training and assessment for theory and practical at classroom and workshop as well On-job training & Internal Quality assurer (IQA). Apart from the training delivery and quality assurance, I have closely involved for Instrument & Electrical installation, inspection, commissioning, start-up and maintenance of Oil Refineries, Petrochemical, Long distance Oil pipeline pump stations, Tank farm with custody transfer & Jetty project. Role and Responsibilities:

Monitor to ensure the standards for quality / health and safety according to international and national standards are maintained throughout the training and assessment process.

Preparation of IQA planning, conducting frequent IQA meeting to setup and retain the quality of documentation for IQA.

Correctly following the sample checking of learner’s progress and documentation throughout the portfolio documentation.

Conducting meeting with line trainers to up to date the qualitative training and related documentation, report to the management regular progress and improvement of quality and its assurance.
