About the process
The Process involves in processing the member appeal for the State Health Plan, where team process the appeal by acknowledgement the cases, taken decision to forward to the different departments and close the case with in given time after solve the case.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and analyzing all types of Member complaints.
Identifying the Issues and classifying as Appeal or Grievance.
Documenting all the required documents in the Folder.
Researching the claims to identify whether the claim processed appropriately.
Investigating whether authorization needs to be provided to requested services.
Taking determination for Appeal cases.
Preparing Closure Letter to member.
Auditing the Cases.
Delivering the output as per the Clients’ requirement.
Co-ordinate with the teams to resolve the grievance within time line.
Assigning/Triaging the cases to team members.
Routing the queries to respective department for their response.
Preparing Daily Report for team
Circulating the status/clarifications internally through email
